Deepest Sympathy to the Dunn Family

Our deepest sympathy is extended to the Ruth Dunn Family.

Ruth met her Lord and Savior on November 23, 2018 after a valiant battle with cancer and heart disease. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.  Ruth was part of the Brooker Baptist Church family for many year.

Our prayers are with the Dunn family.  Anyone wishing to make donatoins can do so at the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.

The Brooker Church family celebrated the life of Elwyn Robinson on March 22, 2017, after Elywn was called home to be with his heavenly Father on March 19, 2017.    Elywn was a dedicated member of Brooker Baptist Church, where he was a life Deacon.  Elwyn was an honoured Veteran of WWII. He was also a member of the Essex County Steam Engine Club and annually could be seen driving his restored John Deere tractor in the Cottam Parade.

Elwyn passed away peacefully at 95 years of age on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Chatham Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Stoltz) (2010). Loving father of Betty Lou Newman. Cherished grandpa of Chrysty (Jamie), Tammy (Mike), Nadine (John) and great-grandpa of Zander, Emerson, Ava, Syerra, Sydney, Jordan, McKenna, Jayda and Michael. Dearest brother of the late Clarence (late June) and will also be remembered by his in-laws Hazel Campbell and husband Royce and Norma Gee and husband Larry.
